In The Times article by Tent City UK, it was mentioned that 9 universities that have thrown out a President in 2006. Here is a list with dates:

February 21 - Lawrence H. Summers, Harvard University
March 15 - Edward R. Hundert, Case Western Reserve University
April 17 - Priscilla D. Slade, Texas Southern University
May 2 - Jesus Carreon, Dallas County Community College District
May 3 - Scott D. Miller, Wesley College (Del.)
May 4 - Lloyd W. Benjamin III, Indiana State University
May 15 - R. Wayne Branch, Clark College
Hearing are allowed to protest, and people actually listen! Deaf - ignored? Get called terrorists for speaking out? Why doesn't it get pushed as a point of discrimination?

Perhaps it is because hearing people don't sack presidents for hearing too much !

The only person who is playing the deaf card is Jane herself. The reasons cited by protesters are around administration and racism. Perhaps you would like to go back and read this.

Whoa Whoa Whoa - For Slade at Texas Southern University - She HAD to resign she was using the schools money to furnish and buy her stuff for her home. There was NO PROTEST! Just that she was misusing educations money for her own personal gain.
