@ Isabelle - there hasn't been a BSL march in the UK since 2003. Perhaps there's a need to regroup and organise something, but it needs a new generation of activists too. For various complex reasons, there's been little political activity in recent years. It is my belief that this is down to key leaders otherwise engaged (either through other activities, burnout or illness), and no obvious replacement.
The other reason, the BSL recognition campaign was taken over by hearing people (and things implemented that we didn't initially ask for), which has meant that grassroot activists have become extremely demotivated. The result? Nothing moves forward.
